Mawada has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Mawada is intended for adults only (18 years and older).
We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including:
Users must be at least 18 years old to use Mawada. Accounts that we identify as belonging to minors are removed.
Users can report any user, message, or content using the reporting option in the app, or by emailing the child safety contact listed below. Reports are reviewed promptly, and violating content and accounts are removed.
Accounts that violate these standards are permanently banned. Content involving CSAM is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the competent local authorities.
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

تُحظر الحسابات المخالفة لهذه المعايير بشكل دائم. ويُزال أي محتوى يتضمن مواد اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال فورًا ويُبلَّغ عنه للجهات المختصة، ومنها المركز الوطني للأطفال المفقودين والمستغَلين (NCMEC) أو السلطات المحلية المعنية.
